GETTING HERE

Directions: From Hume HWY (M31) take the Great Alpine rd to Myrtleford then through to Bright Or From the Hume HWY (M31) take the snow rd to the Great Alpine rd to Myrtleford then to Bright this is a Gourmet trail option. Both of the above directions from Hume Hwy are approx same travel time of 1 hr. 

 

At Bright pass through the CBD, cross Morses Creek Bridge, travel 500 meters (approx) and turn right into Churchill Avenue. Travel 2 km to the T intersection, turn left to Wandiligong 5 km. At the Mountain View Hotel (Wandi Pub) turn left. Travel 2.2 km (the road turns to gravel after 1 km) on the left is Moondance Cottage.

 

Please drive slowly once you turn onto Growlers Creek Road as Wombats, Wallabys and Kangaroos are common, especially after dark. 

 

From Harrietville follow the Great Alpine Road into Bright. Turn left into Churchill Avenue, at the Wandiligong sign. (Well before the CBD) + the same as above.
